Privacy and data protection notice
This notice explains how FINternship handles the personal data you give us through the apply, masterclass and contact forms, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Apply form: your name, email, phone number, profile, situation, any links you share, and your answer on why you want to join.
- Masterclass registration: your name, email, phone number and the session slot you pick.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- With apply and masterclass submissions we also record that you ticked the consent box, your browser type (user agent) and the page you came from.
Why we collect it
To review your application, register you for a masterclass, reply to your message, and contact you about the same. We do not use your details for anything unrelated.
Who can see it
The FINternship team. Application and registration details are stored in our database, and new submissions are emailed to the team through our email provider. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and delete them when you ask us to.
Withdraw consent or ask for a copy
You can withdraw your consent, ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email info@finternship.com and we will respond.
